By using Tutorioo, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

The Service

Tutorioo is an AI-powered tutoring platform for students. We provide personalised learning assistance across various subjects aligned with the UK curriculum. The service is designed to supplement, not replace, traditional education.

Eligibility

Users under 13 require parental consent. Users aged 13-17 may register independently but require a parent or guardian for payment. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. One account per person.

Subscriptions and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods. We may offer refunds at our discretion for technical issues or billing errors.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account with others
  • Attempt to circumvent safety features
  • Extract or scrape content from the platform
  • Interfere with the operation of the service

Intellectual Property

Tutorioo and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a licence to use it to provide the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes. Our AI may occasionally produce inaccurate content. The service is not a substitute for professional educational assessment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tutorioo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
