Getting Started
Yes. Tutorioo is an AI tutoring platform built for UK students from KS2 through to A-Level. It covers all major subjects, follows the UK curriculum, and is available any time of day — no booking or scheduling needed.
We support students from age 7 to 18: Key Stage 2 (ages 7–11), Key Stage 3 (ages 11–14), GCSE (ages 14–16), A-Level (ages 16–18), and 11+ exam preparation. The AI adapts to whichever level your child is at.
Create a free account — no credit card needed. The free plan includes 30 minutes of AI tutoring per month, access to all subjects, and all core study tools. Your child can start their first lesson straight away.
Just a device with an internet connection — a computer, tablet, or phone. Everything runs in the browser with no downloads or installations required.
AI Tutoring & Lessons
Our AI tutor is available 24/7, costs around 80% less than a private tutor, and never gets frustrated. It adjusts to your child's pace and can explain things in different ways until they understand. Many families use it as their main learning support, or alongside occasional one-to-one tutoring.
Your child types or speaks to the AI tutor, which responds in real time. It explains topics step by step, asks questions to check understanding, and adjusts based on how your child is getting on — all in the browser, nothing to download.
If your child has gaps — for example in times tables, fractions, or basic grammar — the AI steps back to the right level and builds from there. It is patient and non-judgmental, so children can take their time without feeling embarrassed.
Homework Help
Yes. Your child can take a photo of their homework or type a question. The AI walks them through the problem rather than just giving the answer, so they understand how to solve it themselves.
It teaches. The AI asks guiding questions and gives hints rather than handing over answers, so your child learns how to work through problems. On Starter and above plans, parents can also review what was covered in each session through the session replay feature.
Subjects & Levels
Yes. The AI covers GCSE Maths, English Literature and Language, and all three sciences. It follows UK GCSE curricula for both foundation and higher tier, and is familiar with the major exam boards including AQA, Edexcel, and OCR.
Yes. The AI covers A-Level Maths (including Further Maths), Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and all other major A-Level subjects. It handles advanced content and understands the exam technique requirements at this level.
All major UK curriculum subjects: Maths, English (Language & Literature), Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), Modern Foreign Languages (French, Spanish, German), History, Geography, Computer Science, and more. All subjects are included in every plan at no extra charge.
Yes. We cover verbal reasoning, non-verbal reasoning, Maths, and English for 11+ preparation. The AI provides practice questions and builds exam confidence at your child's pace.
Safety & Safeguarding
Yes. The platform is designed exclusively for educational use. All AI interactions are monitored for inappropriate content, students cannot communicate with anyone other than the AI tutor, and no personal information is shared. We are fully GDPR-compliant and parents can see all of their child's sessions at any time.
All student data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We comply with GDPR and UK data protection regulations. Student information is never sold or shared with third parties, and only authorised parents can access their child's learning data.
Yes. The parent dashboard shows which subjects your child has studied, how long they have spent, and their progress on each topic. On Starter and above plans, you can also replay sessions to see exactly what was covered.
For Parents
Yes. After each session you can see what topics were covered and how your child got on. The Starter plan and above includes detailed progress reports. Pro and Homeschool plans include weekly reports sent directly to you.
The platform is built exclusively for educational use with no social features or off-topic content. You can see all sessions and progress in the parent dashboard. For managing daily screen time, your device's built-in parental controls work alongside Tutorioo.
Yes. You can add multiple children under one account, each with their own progress tracking and session history. Dedicated multi-child management features are included in the Homeschool plan (£119/month). On other plans, minutes are shared across the family.
Pricing & Plans
Plans start from free. The Free plan gives 30 minutes per month with no credit card needed. Paid plans start at £29/month (Starter, 240 min), with Pro at £59/month (480 min) and Homeschool at £119/month (720 min). That works out to roughly £7-8 per hour on Starter and Pro, compared to £25-50/hour for traditional private tutors. All subjects are included in every plan. Yearly billing saves 17%.
Each plan includes a set number of tutoring minutes per month. Minutes are used when the AI responds — for example when explaining a concept, checking an answer, or giving a hint. Your child can take as long as they need to think through a problem without using minutes. You can top up with a credit pack any time if you need more.
No contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no fees. Yearly plans are billed once annually and you can cancel before renewal — you always keep access until the end of your paid period.
