Record Lecture · Feature Tour

Record the lecture. Get the whole study set.

Hit record in class, upload an audio file, or paste a YouTube link. Tutorioo writes a live transcript, then turns it into enhanced notes, key concepts, flashcards, and practice questions. One tap, one study set, built around your own syllabus.

Three on-ramps

One feature.
Three ways in.

Live audio, an uploaded file, or a YouTube link all feed the same pipeline. However the lecture reaches you, it ends up as the same polished study set.

Source 01

Record it live

Hit record at the start of class. Tutorioo streams the audio to a live transcript while you jot your own notes in the panel beside it. Pause, resume, and stop whenever you like.

Osmosis is the net movement of water molecules.
It moves from a region of higher water potential…
…to a region of lower water potential, across a membrane.

How it works

From spoken lecture
to revision in minutes.

Step 01

Capture the lecture

As the audio is transcribed live, you take your own notes in the panel beside it. Drag any transcript line straight into your notes to quote it. Nothing is lost while you listen.

Your notes

Osmosis

Water moves across a partially permeable membrane.

“from higher to lower water potential”

Live transcript

So osmosis is really a special case of diffusion.

Water moves from higher to lower water potential.

That gradient is what drives the whole process.

Drag a line into your notes to quote it.

The study set

Four ways to revise
the same lecture.

Read it, learn the vocabulary, drill it, and test yourself. Every tool is generated from your lecture and tuned to your syllabus.

Section 2 of 5

Water potential

Water potential is the tendency of water to move from one area to another. Pure water at standard conditions has a water potential of zero, written as the formula below.

Ψ = Ψs + Ψp

Solutes lower water potential, so a more concentrated solution has a more negative value.

In the exam

You are often asked to predict the direction of net water movement. Always compare the two water potentials and move water toward the more negative one.

The process

Spoken words in.
A full study set out.

Watch a lecture move through the pipeline. Each stage hands off to the next automatically, so you go from pressing record to revising in minutes.

Capture

Record live, upload a file, or paste a YouTube link.

Transcribe

Speech becomes accurate text, live or in batch.

Generate

One read builds all four study tools together.

Study

Read, drill, and test yourself, with AI marking.

Why it is different

Not a transcriber.
A study partner.

Plenty of tools turn speech into text. Record Lecture knows your subject, your exam board, and what you are revising, so what comes out is built to help you score.

What you get

A raw wall of transcript text
Structured notes, concepts, flashcards, and quizzes

Exam awareness

None. It does not know your spec
An exam-framing note on every section

Maths and science

Formulae mangled into plain text
Equations typeset properly and readable

Your own notes

Separate. You retype everything
Side by side, with drag to quote a line

Memory

Forgotten the moment you close it
Feeds what Tutorioo knows you find hard

Sources

Usually one upload format
Live audio, a file, or a YouTube link

Built to trust

Reliable, private, and safe.

Accurate transcription

Speech is transcribed by a dedicated engine, live as you record and in batch for uploaded files, so the source text is reliable.

Your work is private

Lectures, recordings, and notes are tied to your account. Another student cannot open your sessions. Delete any lecture anytime.

Safe by design

Transcripts and your notes are treated as untrusted text and fenced before they reach the AI, so a recording cannot hijack the model.

Fair use limits

Sensible daily limits keep the feature fast for everyone, and they sit quietly in the background until you would ever reach them.
