Cookie Policy
Last updated: 25 May 2026
This policy explains how Tutorioo uses cookies and similar technologies for users in the United States.
Who We Are
Tutorioo is operated by Janzay LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, trading as "Tutorioo" ("Tutorioo", "we", "us", "our").
30 N Gould St Ste 100, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Email: support@tutorioo.com.
What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit websites. They help websites remember your preferences and understand how you use them. In this policy, "cookies" also refers to similar technologies such as pixels, tags, web beacons, software development kits (SDKs), and local storage.
US Legal Framework
We disclose our use of online tracking technologies as required by the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA). The cookie-related provisions of the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), give California residents the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (including via cookies used for cross-context behavioral advertising).
Residents of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), Texas (TDPSA), and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have analogous opt-out rights for targeted advertising and the sale of personal data. The opt-out controls described below, and the broader controls in our Privacy Policy, apply equally to those rights.
Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
Required for the platform to function. These enable core features like authentication, security, and cookie preference storage. You cannot opt out of these cookies as they are strictly necessary.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
tutorioo_cookie_consent | Stores your cookie preference choice | 1 year | Tutorioo |
| HTTP-only refresh token | Keeps you securely logged in | 7 days | Tutorioo |
We also use localStorage (not a cookie) to store authentication tokens for the single-page application. These are cleared when you log out.

Help us understand how visitors use our platform so we can improve it. These are only set after you give consent via our cookie banner.

|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Distinguishes unique users | 2 years | Google Analytics |
_ga_* | Maintains session state | 2 years | Google Analytics |

_gcl_au | Stores ad conversion information | 90 days | Google Ads |
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Some of the marketing cookies above (notably Meta Pixel and Google Ads) may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA/CPRA and analogous state laws.
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (including via cookies and similar technologies used by Meta Pixel and Google Ads), see the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" section of our Privacy Policy. You may also reject marketing cookies directly through the cookie banner on this site or via the "Manage Cookies" link in the footer.
Tutorioo will honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals once that implementation is live; until then, please use the in-product cookie banner and the opt-out controls in our Privacy Policy to exercise your rights.
Children and Minors
Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) on Tutorioo are gated by the cookie consent banner: they fire only after a user has accepted marketing cookies. Under the CCPA/CPRA opt-in requirement for the sale or sharing of personal information of consumers under 16, our intent is that no marketing cookies fire for users we know to be under 16. We are implementing an automatic minor-account suppression layer at the consent layer so this is enforced by the platform regardless of the consent choice made on the marketing site; until that lands, if you are aware that a consumer using Tutorioo is under 16, you should reject marketing cookies via the banner.
Managing Cookies
When you first visit our site, a cookie banner lets you Accept All, Reject All, or Customize your choices. You can change your preference at any time by clicking "Manage Cookies" in the footer of any page. Your preference is stored in the tutorioo_cookie_consent cookie for 365 days.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent the platform from working properly.
We honor the "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signal for non-essential cookies on the marketing site: when DNT is enabled, we treat your visit as a rejection of analytics and marketing cookies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
